A Major accomplishment and advancement in the field of the  Astronomy, the Aryabhatta Research Institute for Observational Sciences condensed as ARIES the primary optical telescope is set to be introduced by PM Modi in Nainital.

It is a consolidated exertion of Indian, Russian and Belgian researchers to add to a telescope to consider the structure of stars and further advance the exploration

It was an agreement attempted by the Aries and Belgian organization Advanced Mechanical and Optical Systems in March , 2007
